Your kid's new favorite pancake. GREEN pancakes, that get crispy and are delicious covered in NH Maple Syrup. Protein rich, can be made vegan or with egg. To make vegan- mix wet with dry and allow to sit for 10-15 minutes to let batter thicken. This recipe usually needs a bit of baking soda, some Pepita Mylk (or other liquid of choice), eggs if you are not vegan and that's it! Sub recipes with almond meal out for this sustainable alternative. Makes about 30 pancakes.
