This delicious chai inspired syrup is a real treat for your immune system and taste buds! Bringing together the farms and forest of the Northeast in an immune supporting, anti-inflammatory, herbal and mushroom infused syrup. We can't deny that the winter will put all of our bodies to the test, and I like to formulate with a 'spoonful of sugar' mentality (but switch out sugar for our potent sugars of the forest, Maple Syrup, of course).

Chaga has been used and researched for centuries, with countless studies on a variety of ailments, from gut diseases, to diabetes, to anti tumor and cancer effects, and skin problems such as cancer and psoriasis. Chaga has higher amounts of anti oxidants than blueberries and vitamin c making it an excellent medicinal ally for hunting down free radicals and reducing oxidative stress in our bodies. Pairing it with spicy gut rescuing Ginger and warming chai spices provides a full spectrum to prevent illness and speed recovery if you become sick.

Add to teas, or enjoy straight up! Enjoy 1-2 dropperfuls for preventative, increase dose to 1tsp, 3-5x a day at the onset of symptoms.
